A little background here, after being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps I worked the civilian life just fine but something was missing I had aways aspired to one day become a privet investigator, after gartering information on how I could accomplish this dream I enrolled at a near by Collage going after a two year degree in Administration of Justis, during that time I got to know my instructors real well and they got the take on me, one night during a class brake a Lieutenant from a metropolitan district ask me if I would be interested in there Police Reserve unit (Hello) a foot in the door perhaps, they would sponsor me through the Police academy (OK works for me) however at this time in the 70's a case before the Supreme Court regarding the hight requirements was in the last stages
you see I'm only 5" 6', I clearly remember a Sargent
instructor taunting me that I'm wasting my and there time not only was I short but at 25 years old I looked like a 16 or maybe even younger ( I was always getting pulled over by the black and whites wanting to see my drivers license) The officers were always apologetic after seeing my age and in the car with me would be my young wife and baby boy.
Well I'm going to continue this intro latter on, it gets very interesting so visit me soon and be safe out there, I am now retired and have been for a few years now, until next time may the good Lord keep you safe.
